  • Financial details: income, KiwiSaver details, and other assets and investments where relevant to the advice
  • Information you provide in our questionnaires and pre-fill forms
  • Records of the advice we give you

If you choose not to provide certain information, our advice may need to be limited or we may not be able to act for you.

We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

3. Who we share information with

We may share your information with:

  • service providers who support our business, including secure cloud storage, IT services, and automated systems used to generate your advice report – some of these services may process data overseas, and we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is adequately protected in all cases
  • regulators, dispute resolution schemes or other authorities if we are required or authorised by law to do so

We do not share your information with other professionals without your consent unless required by law.
